I am referring Daniel Parker, an 8-year-old boy, for urgent assessment following dental trauma.

Yesterday, Daniel fell during a football game and sustained a fracture to his upper right central incisor (#11). Examination revealed an Ellis class II fracture with mild mobility. Radiographs confirmed the root was intact with no periapical involvement.

He is otherwise fit and well, with no significant medical history.

Given the age of the patient and the nature of the injury, I would appreciate your specialist care to preserve the tooth and ensure appropriate management.
