He presented with severe pain in the lower right first molar (#46). Examination revealed deep caries with pulp exposure and tenderness on percussion. Radiographs confirmed a periapical radiolucency.

His past dental history includes a successful root canal treatment of #36. He has no relevant medical conditions.

I would appreciate your expert care in managing this tooth with endodontic treatment.
