Previous Medical History: None of significance

Presenting Complaint: Chronic wrist pain for the past year, worsened with repetitive typing at work

Provisional Diagnosis: Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) of the wrist

Plan: Recommend wrist splint, ergonomic workstation assessment, and physical therapy.

Writing Task:
