Dear Dr. Reynolds,

I am writing to report the CT chest findings for your patient, Ms. Fiona Adams, a 46-year-old woman undergoing follow-up for non-small cell lung cancer.

Contrast-enhanced CT demonstrates a significant reduction in size of the primary left upper lobe lesion, now measuring 1.8 cm compared with 3.5 cm on previous imaging. No new pulmonary nodules are identified. Mediastinal lymph nodes remain stable and non-enlarged. No pleural effusion or bony metastases are seen. The remainder of the lung fields appears clear.

Clinically, Ms. Adams reports only a mild, persistent cough without hemoptysis or weight loss. She has responded well to combined chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and ongoing targeted therapy.

The findings indicate a good radiological response with no evidence of disease progression. Continued oncological monitoring and follow-up imaging are advised.

Yours sincerely,
