To: Radiology Department

Dear Radiographer,

Could you kindly arrange a CT head scan for Mrs. Eliza Monroe, aged 39, who has been experiencing persistent headaches for the past two months?

Although her neurological examination is regular and there is no history of trauma, her symptoms have not improved with standard analgesics. A CT is requested to exclude any intracranial pathology.

Please provide reassurance, as she is particularly worried about possible findings.

Yours faithfully,
GP
