Incident: Fell ~2.5 m from ladder at work this morning, landed awkwardly on left arm 
- 
Symptoms: Immediate pain, swelling, inability to move arm; reports “crack” sound at time of fall.

Exam findings: Visible deformity at mid-shaft humerus, tenderness on palpation, restricted movement 
- 
Circulation: Radial pulse intact 
- 
Neurological: No loss of sensation, grip strength slightly reduced due to pain.

Medical history: Hypertension (well controlled with medication), no previous fractures, no allergies

Social history: Non-smoker, occasional alcohol, active lifestyle

Request: Urgent X-ray of the left humerus to confirm suspected fracture, assess displacement, and exclude joint involvement
